- Larry D. Veal is a comedian/speaker and the founder of the B-Moe Positive Company. He has a B.A. degree in Sociology/Criminology from Paine College in Augusta, Georgia, and over ten years serving in the area of juvenile justice and crime. The desire for this business comes as a result of the miraculous changes that occurred in Larry’s own life and his adamant desire to play a role in deterring youth from continuing to fill up jails and prisons across the country. “A lot of things, i.e. music, movies, music videos, video games, the way that youth dress, suggest that there is a strong possibility that the crime rate, teenage pregnancy, etc. are far from slowing down. I know that it will take a concerted effort when it comes to addressing these issues. Our company will make a conscientious and deliberate effort to assist schools with improving these odds.
